Operations & Events Assistant (Hybrid - Phoenix/Tempe)

$26-$28/hr | Full-time (37.5 hrs)

Join our team during peak event season and play a key role in bringing high-impact experiences to life. We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Operations & Events Assistant who loves fast-paced teamwork, sharp design, and smooth execution.

What You'll Do

  • Create polished event signage and collateral in Canva
  • Support logistics: ordering, inventory, organizing, packing
  • Communicate with volunteers, vendors, and sponsors
  • Manage guest data in our CRM (Greater Giving)
  • Process mail and donations
  • Provide on-site support at multiple major spring events

  • Strong Canva + MS Office skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease

Work Style

  • Hybrid: in-office Tues-Thurs in Tempe, remote Mon/Fri
  • Extra office time during event-heavy weeks
